How many of you are like me? You pay for a gym membership but need a GPS device to find the place? And how many of you love your iPhone and iPod touch and would have trouble functioning without it? Let's face it, we all have bad habits we would like to get rid of. I got tired of my bad habits so I thought why not use my iPhone / iPod touch to help me break my bad habits. And since my iPhone is always with me I can easily monitor my progress and really work towards eliminating my bad habits. I hope this app helps you with your bad habits and 'New Year' resolutions too - good luck!!
